In the event a child complains of feeling ill, the parent/guardian or emergency contact will be called and asked to pick up their child as soon as possible from the camp. In the event of a severe injury or medical emergency, the nurse will call 911 immediately and the parent/guardian or emergency contact will be notified immediately.We are implementing the following protocols and best practices, in accordance with the Washington Department of Health’s guidelines for camps, to ensure the ongoing safety of all campers and staffDrop off and dismissal times will be staggeredFace coverings must be worn by staff and campers when social distancing cannot be maintainedAll staff and campers will be screened daily for fever and any COVID-19 related symptoms prior to be being admitted into our facility each morningGroups not exceeding 8 campers will be assigned to specific classrooms for the week, with mixing of groups restricted Classrooms, bathrooms and touch points will be cleaned and sanitized throughout the dayHand washing will be required upon arrival and throughout the day by all staff and campers I hereby give permission for my child to participate in all camp activities.
